Indexable tool for finishing

Indexable radius endmill that achieves high efficient and high speed finishing of bottom or vertical
surface.

Corner radius accuracy is less than 10μm. The vibration is reduced due to
the tool rigidity which is almost the same as that of solid carbide tools.
High-precision and high- speed finishing is possible.

Features

RNM insert achieves more
precise bottom face finishing.

Run out of bottom cutting edge is less than 5 μm. High-accurate bottom machining is bossible by adopting 1° concavity angle. The insert with corner radius less than 0.1 mm is also lined up.

HRM insert achieves hi-feed and hi-accuracy semi-finishing.

High-feed semi-finishing is possible by adopting
bigger radius on the corner and making chips thiner.

FRM isnert is low cutting force geometry and achieves high
precision side-face finishing.

Most suitable for high-precision finishing of high-hardened material or high-feed material. By adopting shorter straight peripheral cutting edge, the deflection is reducedwhen machining vertical wall.
