Adopted G-Body.Multi function

The holders are adopted G-Body which is high
rigidand high durable. It's applicable for
difficult-to-cut material. Possible to use multi
purpose of applications. Applicable for not only
shoulder milling or slotting, but also ramping or
helical interpolation.

Cutting force is reduced

High precision 3D breaker reduces cutting force.
High-efficient machining is possible.

High precision and High efficient shoulde milling is possible.

Thanks to the combination of high accurate
inserts and holder, high quarity shoulder milling is
possible. Due to long cutting edge of about
15 mm, high efficient machining is possible.

FAQ about Aero chipper

Is it possible to machine carbon steel？

Yes, but it's not our first recommendation. When you machine carbon steel, please select carbide grade JC5118.
But Aero chipper is designed for Aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium alloy.
Therefor, we recommend to use the other tools that is designed for machining of steel.
